Let’s face it, taking lunch to work has never been considered the coolest thing to do. But what with the cost of eating out and rarely knowing the origin of a restaurants produce, many of us opt to bring lunch to work to not only save money but also to keep a check on what we’re eating. 

To help us with that, the folks at GetPrepd have just pushed live the Prepd Pack on Kickstarter. It consists of a beautifully designed case, a premium modular system of containers and smart magnetic cutlery.

Combined with the Pack, they are making a really useful app that’ll help us to figure out what we need to buy in our weekly shop and what meals to cook the night before.

We spoke to Prepd co-founder, Chris Place, a product designer by trade, he told us: “I’ve been bringing lunch to work for years and was never happy with the options on the market, so we decided to create a lunchbox that people would be proud to bring to the office”. 

GetPrepd hopes to raise $25,000 on Kickstarter and the Android app is in the works.

The lunch boxes start at $50 each on Kickstarter, which includes the cutlery and one set of modular containers.
