Maths, english and science are all well and good, but what schools are really missing is hands on experience.
Which is why an entrepreneur challenge for kids (if you like Shark Tank or Dragon’s Den, you’ll like this) is a brilliant initiative for kids to get some hands on business experience and bring out their inner entrepreneur!
The registration process is easy: simply submit your business plan here (a 50 word brief is all you need) and you could join this super fun educational experience.
Launched by BizWorld UAE and Entrepreneur Middle East, the best business ideas will be chosen based on “creativity, viability and marketability of their businesses”.
100 applicants make it to the October final where the region’s top business minds will be on hand to pick the winners.
Magnus Olsen, founder of Careem, Virgin Radio’s Kris Fade, Nabra Al Busaidi, Executive Director of Young Arab Leaders and Wissam Younane, CEO of BNC Publishing (Entrepreneur Middle East) are lined up to attend the big final on October 7.
Finalists will start the day with a preparation workshop and then have three minutes to pitch their business ideas to the judges.
There will be cash prizes on the day for the top three entries!
Enter alone or in teams of up to four people.
This is open to all UAE students
