It’s been announced by Dubai Properties that the AED 1 billion Marasi Business Bay Promenade is right on track to be opened in November 2016.

Over 10km of the 12km promenade and surrounding infrastructure has been finished so far and the opening will coincide with the launch of the Dubai Water Canal being built by the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA).

Located along the Dubai Water Canal, Marasi Business Bay will no doubt become an iconic future landmark in Dubai. The development presents a world full to the brim with wonders featuring the region’s first purpose-built yachting destination, floating restaurants and cafes, 5 marinas, over 1250 berths, onshore boutiques and entertainment facilities. It also encloses unique water homes with pools.
