This restaurant is one-of-a-kind

MasterChef, the TV Experience takes the very best features of the show and brings it to you in restaurant format, dubbed the world first TV-to-plate dining concept, you’ll finally be able to taste some of the dishes that appeared on the show along with the opportunity to challenge the resto’s chefs to everyone’s favourite Mystery Box challenge.

So much buzz for this new spot already

A home for foodies; expect a focus on inventive, delicious dishes

120 recipes from past show champions were painstakingly whittled down to just 36 dishes by Head Chef Margarita Vaamonde-Beggs and the final menu has just been revealed.

The following will whet your appetite for the glorious culinary journey that awaits; think venison loin rubbed with chilli and coffee or a Mauritian warm octopus salad, that’s served as a poached and charred octopus tentacle, fennel, onion and tomato salad with mango fluid gel.

Guests at the preview party got served up a taster of what’s to come…

And this seabass fillet baked in lavash bread in saffron, chilli and coriander butter was a DREAM.

While the tenderloin was the star of the show

Think a seared Australian wagyu tenderloin, beurre noisette carrot purée, crispy lotus chips, seared onions with red wine sauce..mmmm, SO good.

Confirmed: Masterchef Is Coming To The UAE But You Won’t Need To Be A Chef To Get Involved

Avatar

If you recognize the name Masterchef (probably because you’re spent endless hours pouring over the addictive show, shouting at amateur chefs to get a move on during the timed cook-offs) then this news is BIG.

If you haven’t see the show, bear with me.

Masterchef is a competitive cooking TV show, created in the UK it’s gone global simply because it’s great television, (this could be up for debate) and now the Masterchef brand is coming to the UAE.

‘A MasterChef the TV experience’ restaurant is opening in Dubai

The first of its kind EVER, the restaurant will showcase the talents and recipes of MasterChef series international contestants and a visit for guests will give you a full  MasterChef TV show experience.

It will be located at the Wyndham West Bay Dubai Marina Hotel

The hotel is expected to open its doors in the second half of 2018. And while it’s not the show we were hoping for, fingers crossed emotions will run as high in the UAE kitchen as they do on the televised set.
