Located on the fifth floor of the Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, Beef & Bass will focus on unusual cuts of beef and special cooking techniques. Plus, it’s a licensed venue too!

Group director of culinary at the parent company Jas Hospitality, chef Emiliano Bernasconi’s plan is to go beyond the usual cuts of beef and try creating dishes using secondary and tertiary cuts – think brisket and short ribs. The beef will be sourced from Australia and US among other places. On the other hand, the bass will be sourced from the Chilean, Indian and Atlantic Ocean.
