The New JBR Address Hotel Is Going To Have A Tower That Will Be Photographed A LOT

Following two successful Address Brand hotels, (The Address Marina and The Address Dubai Mall) Emaar Properties has just unveiled it’s first beachfront resort – The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).

The architecturally stunning design will comprise of 182 hotel rooms and residential apartments across two 74-storey towers. The building, which will be located at the southern end of JBR will offer unique views of the yet to be completed Bluewaters Island, which holds the Dubai Eye Ferris Wheel.

Should you start saving now?

Probably. Other attractive features include green terraces, outdoor lounges, impressive staircases, 100 metres of private beach, a rooftop infinity pool, two other pools, one signature food and beverage outlet (yet to be announced), a ballroom, spa and 24/7 fitness centre. Prices for residential apartments are yet to be released but we reckon you should start saving those dirhams now.
