A brand new Dubai Metro line is opening up just in time for Expo 2020.

Dubai Road and Transport Authority announced Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station will open to the public on Sept 1, 2021 and it’s touted to serve 11,555 riders per day during peak hours.

The brand new Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station opens on Wednesday

The RTA predicts the station will see 250 thousand riders per day. It has two train-boarding platforms, 4 bus stops, 20 taxi stands to pick-up and drop-off riders and 20 parking slots for the use of people of determination

The station will be serviced with 400 public parking slots free of charge – making it SUPER convenient for JEG folk!
