Dubai’s biggest property developer, Emaar, is continuing to launch projects here in the sandpit and the newest one is just as impressive as the others (think Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Tower).

The “Fairway Vista” is coming to the Dubai Hills Estate and will hopefully be completed by June 2021. The villas will consist of 65 six and seven-bedroom villas

It’s getting its own rail line connecting to BOTH of Dubai’s two international airports. Not only that, the master development will have it’s own 45 Kilometre trekking trail and a seven kilometre boulevard. Wow.
