A New Salik Gate Is Being Activated TONIGHT And Will Start Charging Motorists
A new Salik gate will be charging tolls from Wednesday at 12am (Tuesday night/Wednesday morning) according to the RTA.
The gate, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Jebel Ali will come into effect, charging AED4 per pass – with the standard tag.
It’s located by the Energy Metro Stations in Jebel Ali, and aims to divert traffic down Al Yalayais Road to help reduce traffic congestion.
