We were only just getting used to the 3D cinema experience but now we need to up our game! The Dome Box in Boxpark is currently celebrating the arrival of a 360 degree cinema. That’s 4D in case you don’t know.

The cinema, which opened on the 18th of September, will be showcasing mainly educational documentaries rather than blockbuster movies. The documentaries will be family-friendly and will mainly be focused on nature and science!

Also, instead of the traditional cinema seating, The Dome Box will have cushioned bars for you to lean against. Don’t fret though-they will still be offering old school cinema food such as slush puppies, ice cream and popcorn.
