The grandeur of all boats, The Queen Elizabeth II cruise ship, is now permanently docked at Port Rashid and is planning to open to the public next week!
Dubai acquired the boat from Cunard Lines back in 2007 and has been turning the iconic cruise ship into a fancy floating hotel and museum ever since.
QE2 is made up of 13 decks and the recent renovation includes: 224 refurbished rooms and suites, 13 restaurants, 24 meeting facilities, and many retail shops on board.Â
Rooms on the magnificent new floating hotel will start at costs of around AED600.Â
And exciting news – for the season of Ramadan, there will be discounted deals for people to enjoy the boat during the Holy Month.Â
