Organized by a local community fitness group, Fitness in DXB, they are offering a 60-minute HIT workout to get you fit and a free Paddle-boarding and Kayaking session to get you to unwind afterwards.
The full body workout includes a combination of cardio and resistance training – so you’ll expect a lot of running, jumping and lifting weights.
