Tragic news is coming from Jordan where a flash flood unleashed by heavy rains has claimed 19 people, injuring 22 and leaving more than 20 missing near the Dead Sea on Thursday.
The toll also includes students and their teachers who were on a school field trip to a hot springs area called Zarqa Maeen.

“The UAE Embassy in Amman warns its citizens currently living in or visiting Jordan, that due to adverse weather and flooding caused by turbulent atmospheric conditions, all caution and vigilance must be exercised and compliance with public safety guidelines is critical,” the warning reads.
