Fully vaccinated UAE residents in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria and Uganda were permitted to fly back to the UAE from August 5.

Emirates Airlines team just confirmed this latest update in a response to a Twitter query. The Dubai resident had asked if residents vaccinated with Covishield are allowed to return to Dubai.
