The vast number of online government services available for the residents are personalised, easy-to-use, seamless and provide vital information and services rather conveniently without the need to visit a government centre.
This is a second such initiative authorised by the government; the first edition happened successfully last year and was organised for one day, after being approved by HH Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai.
Under this initiative, almost 100 service centres of 40 entities will be fully available using online options to deliver on 1,100 services.
