Ironman 70.3 event took place in Dubai!

You may have seen athletes preparing on the roads and in the gyms in recent weeks. Congratulations to all who took part, enjoye your well earned day of recovery tomorrow!

A full Iron Man (TM) event is 140.6 miles consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile () bicycle ride and a marathon 26.2-mile run, or Today in Dubai an official half Iron Man event took place, that is 1.5km in the water, 90km on the bike followed by 21km road run, or a half marathon to finish it off. 

For those considering doing this next year, here is what is in store for you!
