It’s always heart-warming to see kids learning to give back to the community from a young age.

The JSS Private School in Dubai is doing just that by introducing programmes in their curriculum where students are taught from a young age to give back to the community to promote concepts of empowerment, sharing and caring.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, The JSS Private School was established in April 2011. According to a post shared on their official Twiter handle, they have introduced a monthly program called ‘Bites for the Community’ where the school teaches the young minds the importance of giving.

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is urging schools to share their good deeds

The KHDA has requested schools to promote their love of learning and their support to the Dubai community by sharing their stories via the hashtag #BeingWellDubai

These programmes stand with the school’s mission that is: ‘to impart complete education creating confident world citizens with a keen sense of commitment, social awareness and responsibility.’
