This is a ‘tradition’ made up in the last decade or so (probably in the UK or Ireland by our guess), whereby you visit 12 pubs and take a drink in each. It is the (only) time of the year when it’s socially acceptable to wear your Christmas jumpers outside in Dubai…which means we’re fully behind it!

Usually there are rules attached, like you must take a shot in the first spot, or drink with your left  hand in the second, and there’s usually a time limit allocated for each spot. Either way the group waits for no one, we recommend hiring a bus if you’re doing this with a group!

Aim of the game:

Visit 12 pubs and take a drink in each. This is a tried and tested route, where you start in the heart of downtown and make your way up towards the Marina, ending it in in the classiest way we could imagine: Rock Bottoms.
