We’ve already talked about how the release of Pokémon GO has practically taken over the world. Well, this young  motorist actually stopped his car in the middle of Jumeirah Road to catch a Pokémon character last week.

The incident is the latest of many peculiar situations taking place around the city and despite recent warnings about the game from Dubai Police and the Telecommunications Regulatroy Authority, players still seem to be glued to their phone!

UAE residents have suggested banning the game from being used at sensitive landmarks after Kuwait implemented a similar sort ban.
