Lovin Dubai likes to have a snoop around some dream offices in Dubai, and we’ve seen our fair share, but it looks like this one takes the biscuit.

The Road and Transport Authority (RTA) has a new traffic control centre worth AED 335 million and HH Sheikh Mohammed, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Crown Prince of Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan were both attendance for the launch yesterday.

Officially named the Enterprise Command and Control Centre, or EC3 as you’ll come to know it, the command centre will act as a unified platform linking various control centres of the RTA and it’s operational agencies according to Wam.ae.

It’s the most sophisticated control centre of it’s kind

It’s capacity to utilise smart technologies and the ability to control and integrate various transit systems enables the RTA to cope with the continuing growth and demand on public transport due to the growing population
