A 22-year-old man who broke a police corporal’s nose, has been charged at the Dubai Court of First Instance.
He has been charged for resisting arrest and assaulting police officers.
The policeman spotted the defendant distributing business cards of unlicensed massage centres and leaving the cards on cars outside residential buildings and shops.
The forensic examination report showed that the police corporal was left with a broken nose, bruises on his arms, and hand lacerations because of the assault.
The officer has undergone surgery and is recovering from his nose injury.
