Dubai royals were out in force for the first day of Ascot and were there to witness Godolphin take home the Kings Stand Stakes.

After a recent Derby win, HH Sheikh Mohammed Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai told Racing UK in a rare interview, ‘we are coming here to enjoy ourselves,’ ‘I am very happy to have this race’.

The Ruler was accompanied by HH Sheikh Hamdan Crown Prince of Dubai along with HRH Princess Haya, HH Sheikh Zayed bin Mohammed and Sheikha Al Jalila bint Mohammed.
