Team Angel Wolf’s Tia And Rio Completed A Mind-Blowing Olympic Distance Triathlon This Weekend
This family does not stop at ANYTHING. And the results of their hard work are beyond amazing. Team Angel Wolf‘s Tia and Rio took on AND COMPLETED a wonderful Olympic distance triathlon split over three consecutive days.

The powerful duo took on the#TriWithRioAndTia10000 challenge to celebrate Rio achieving 10,000kms of inclusive races/events in SIX years.

The triathlon included power-packed activities of swimming, biking and running. Tia and Rio were joined by active residents as they finished the run and marked Rio’s achievement of picking up 10,000kms so far.
TAW’s youngest ones took on incredible distances
Swimming and running parts of the triathlon took place in the lovely weather at Kite Beach while they two young ones chose Al Qudra for their biking stretch. Their triathlon challenge included
- A 1.5km open water swim (in 2 x 750m loop)
- Cycling for 40kms
- A 10kms run (2 x 5km loop)
Team Angel Wolf (@teamangelwolf) did all of it with safety precautions in place and people joined this incredible family to cheer them on (both physically and virtually).
