All time legend Robert De Niro has landed in Dubai. Well known for the likes of Meet The Parents, Goodfellas and more recently, The Intern, the Hollywood star-cum-buisnessman is here in order to promote the Caribbean tourist industry.

The renowned director/producer is actively involved in the Caribbean tourism industry and last year invested $250m in a project on the island of Barbuda. The objective of the visit is to raise the profile of the country by highlighting potential investment opportunities – specifically those available to individuals and companies in the Middle East and North African region.

His visit comes just one day after DeNiro voices his wish to “punch Trump in the face”
