Last night, a suicide bomber killed four security officers and injured five others near one of Islam’s holiest sites in the Saudi city of Madinah.
According to sources, the bomber detonated his explosives after being stopped outside the Prophet’s Mosque. This comes soon after a suicide bomb was detonated in Jeddah and a missile attack was prevented yesterday.
Last night, in a show of support to our Saudi neighbours, the Burj Khalifa lit up and UAE residents are taking to Twitter to also show their support and anger at the attacks.
