To celebrate the festive season, we’re bringing back the Lovin Advent Calendar.

Where EVERY DAY we’re giving away daily prizes on the Lovin Dubai website from 1 December – 24 December.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only UAE residents may apply
2. To enter:
   1. Go to the lovindubai.com
   2. Go to the individual competition article.
      1. There will be 1 competition article released daily, with a new prize each day
   3. Enter the form on the individual competition article
3. The competitions are question-based. All correct answers will then be entered into a free prize draw.
4. Prize:
   1. There are 24 daily prizes to giveaway
   2. 1 prize announced per day
      1. Only 1 winner per day
5. Competition Dates:
   1. The 24-day advent calendar daily giveaway starts is from:
      1. Start Date: 1 December 2019
      2. End Date: 24^th December 2019 at 17.30 pm UAE time
   2. However, each daily competition last 3 days:
      1. 1 December Competition: Start 1^st December, Ends 3^rd December
      2. 2 December Competition: Start 2^nd December, Ends 4^th December and so on…
   3. Last competition on 24^th December 2019 ends 27^th December 2019.
6. Entries submitted after the end dates will not be entered into the free prize draw
7. The winner will be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance and, if required by law or regulation, under the supervision of an independent observer.
8. Winners will be contacted within 7 working days
9. Lovin Dubai will contact the winners via email for any further information, and full details of the prize
10. If the event a winner is unreachable after multiple attempts of contact from 48 hours after the initial contact, an alternative winner will be announced and awarded.
11. All winners will be expected to provide their contact details, identification to prove their identity.
12. By entering the competition entrants warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current, and complete.
13. Lovin Dubai reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Competition in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified in these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Lovin Dubai that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the Competition.
14. By entering the competition, participants allow Lovin Dubai its sole discretion to use the winner’s (and (if applicable) their companion’s) name, address, and image and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
15. Neither Lovin Dubai nor its agents, clients, nor any other party or organization involved in the management, promotion, or administration of the competition or its entry routes or donation of prizes or their agents or subsidiaries involved in the competition will accept responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions (including but not limited to security functions by software used by Lovin Dubai or any third party), virus, bugs, or other causes outside its control.
16. The winner’s information will also be given to the ‘owner/giver’ of the daily prize so they have a record for when winners pick up the tickets.
17. Entrants can enter as many times as they wish but can only win once.
18. The prizes are subject to a validity time, which is noted in the article of each daily prize. If a valid period is not stated, then it’s automatically deemed as a maximum of 2 months.
19. Rudeness, trolling or bullying will not be tolerated on our platforms. If there is any un-likeable behaviour, your entry will be disqualified
20. We will only be sharing winners’ names upon getting in contact with them, any other information will not be shared with any third-party company, all entries and names are used for the competition.
21. All winners will be expected to provide their contact details, identification to prove their identity when picking up the tickets.
22. Winners will be announced on the channel where the competition details are posted, and winners will then be contacted via direct messaging.
23. Lovin Dubai staff members and family are not eligible to win.
24. Prizes are non-transferable nor refundable.
25. Lovin Dubai is not responsible for getting the winners to the event/location/activity.
26. This activity is in no way endorsed by any social media platform, such as Instagram and Facebook.
