JUST IN: Dubai Announces The Steady Easing Of COVID-Regulations Starting January 1

The Government of Dubai is slowing beginning to ease COVID-19 rules and regulations within the emirate and have started with these small steps which will come into effect this coming weekend.

A circular issued by the Dubai Economy, states that as of Friday, January 1 thermal scanners and manual temperature checks will NO longer be required at F&B establishments, hotels, entertainment venues or residential buildings any more.

Along with temperature checks coming to a halt, the protocols for valet parking have been revised as well.

Valet will NO LONGER have to add seat covers to the seat and steering wheel of the vehicle before taking it in for parking.

These updates will come into effect starting Jan 1, 2021.
