The Big Finish: Here Are Great Fitness Events Happening For The End Of Dubai Fitness Challenge
Dubai Fitness Challenge is drawing to a close, but what a challenge it’s been.
Huge efforts from HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai rallied the city into a month of fitness.
Every day there are free fitness classes happening across the city and every weekend has seen a huge carnival.
Now for the final weekend, this is what’s going down:
1. The final carnival
The last big hurrah is taking place in Dubai Festival City. As before, there will be free classes each day, along with dragon boat racing and a Guinness World Record Attempt, while World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua will hit the stage.
The final event will also feature a water and light show and massive firework display. More info here

2. XDubai X3Junior Triathlon
A triathlon for kids is happening at Kite beach this Friday. Kids between 4 and 16 years-old are welcome for a fun morning of swimming, cycling and running. Kids of all abilities can take part and there’ll be some cool prizes up for grabs.
When? 7am to 10am, Friday November 17
How much? AED120 per child

Dubai Spartan Women’s Only Sprint
A woman-only Spartan Sprint with over 20 obstacles is happening in Barsha (Jebel Ali race course) this December.
When? December 16th. Women only
Du Tough Mudder – obstacle course
Another big obstacle on the horizon, the du Tough Mudder challenge is taking place in December. You can check the full list of obstacles on the site
