His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai has decided to invest in two residential communities for the Emarati natives.

The distribution of allocated plots to citizens is a key priority mainly because stability, happiness and wellness of all Emarati family is of great importance to the government.

The two residential communities will be in Nad Al Sheba and Wadi Al Amardi. This project is estimated to provide housing to 12,000.

According to local news, Dubai Municipality is currently aiming at improving the standards of stability and welfare for Emarati residents and providing all the help that they need to secure the future of upcoming generations.
