It might be a full moon out tonight, with some strange happenings going on at Hessa Street. 

The congested arterial was particularly troublesome today, with what some tweeted was a fisticuff between three men.

And a whole lot of traffic (though that’s not largely unusual). 

Driving along #HessaStreet in #Dubai earlier I saw a big tailback because three men were fighting #notsomethingyouseeeveryday

What made the story even more entertaining, was the tweet that followed
