One of Dubai’s oldest four-star hotels and a landmark of sorts, Ramada Dubai will be closing on 31 August 2016. The 33-year-old hotel has been home to six restaurants, including gems like Dynasty Chinese and Teppanyaki House. It’s restaurant Tamarind Tandoor is also a record holder for having the world’s longest chutney bar (we’re talking 100 types of the Indian condiment). The good news though is that staff will be moved to their sister hotel, Ramada Jumeirah or elsewhere in the company. Here’s what we will miss…
