2:45pm – You found some stale bread for toast and an old Twix. You’re sorted. Now for an epic nap and everything will be ok when you wake up…

4:07pm – No it won’t. Texts from friends about what you got up to last night start rolling in. And they ain’t pretty…

6:30pm – Crushing guilt sets in as you realise you’ve wasted half your weekend feeling gross. You attempt to get off the sofa and do something. Nope…

8:45pm – You finally start feeling better both physically and emotionally. But then you realise that you have to go back to work tomorrow…
