And simply put, Dubai can be a cheap city to live, or a veryyyy expensive one, depending on how you want to live yo’ life.
A price map guide of world prices 2019 by Deutsche Bank, which surveys global prices and living standards, this year it focused its analysis on 50 cities relevant to global financial markets.
Dubai rates high for the quality of life, (obvs!) we rank high for average monthly salary and disposable income, taxis are notably cheap, however, there’s one list in particular where we rank as the most expensive…
Making it the most expensive price for an average pint in the world, followed by Oslo, who charge AED36 for an average pint and Copenhagen who charge AED31.22.
More interesting still is the rate at which the price here has increased since 2014 whereas the price in Oslo has decreased.
