“Leadership is walking amongst your people; interacting with them”.

Dubai’s Crown Prince HH Sheikh Hamdan answered the recent call from HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, which urged ministers to spend more time ‘in the field’.

HH Sheikh Hamdan, aka Fazza, was spotted supporting a local home-grown coffee shop, CaffCoffee, a boutique coffee shop that fuels EXPO employees.

A Twitter user spotted and shared the images, stating there’s a lesson to be learnt from these snaps.

HH Sheikh Mohammed recently implored Dubai ministers to spend more time on the field

In an agenda for the new season, HH directed the first point at ministers stating:

  1. Officials and ministers should be in the field, not in conferences. Working among citizens and making observations on the ground, not in conference halls and the corners of forums.

“Our leadership walk the walk”

The appropriately named coffee shop is located in the EXPO 2020 main office

And is founded by Emirati Majed Bin Essa who was even on hand to serve the Crown Prince.
