With a new name comes new development and this state-of-the-art structure in Barsha Heights (Tecom to anyone who’s holding onto the past) will certainly not disappoint.
Situated next to Dubai Internet City Metro station, the 47-storey Rosemont Hotel & Residences which are operated by the Hilton’s luxury Curio brand is set to have an artificial beach and rainforest.
Is this necessary when Dubai is situated on 520 kilometres of uninterrupted coastline? Well we weren’t sure at first, but if these pics are anything to go by, this hotel will certainly be worth a visit. Take a look for yourself.
Climate controlled technology will draw water collected from condensation in the forest to create a humid environment (not that we need more humidity), so guests can expect to get a little wet during their visit.
Other features in the hotel include a skydive simulator, a Jurassic themed park for the kiddies and a bowling alley.
Set to open in 2018, we’re more than a little excited.
