1. The No Rules NYE Party at W Dubai – Al Habtoor City

Let’s set the scene: Dubai’s newest, flash hotel, is hosting an all in one event across its top three venues. Level Seven will host a full brunch set up while the Wet Deck AND the W Lounge will have canapes, bubbles and unlimited beverages on offer. 2. Dine at INKA – Sofitel Downtown

This is a foodie’s dream come true. Ring in the New Year in style with a bespoke four course feast featuring distinguished Peruvian flavors. The slick restaurant sits on the 31st floor of the Sofitel – and the adjoining vibrant bar, offers unreal views of the Burj Khalifa/Downtown Dubai. 3. The Meydan Hotel and Swedish DJ Duo, Axwell & Ingrosso

So Axwell & Ingrosso are playing at Meydan, and you’ve got options. Right now entrance tickets (including open bar) are available here for AED 499. Or party at the Sky Bubble at The Meydan Hotel Grandstand.It incorporates the top 3 levels of the Meydan grandstand, with 360- degree views of the city and an outdoor roof terrace.

4. New Year’s Feast at Ewaan – The Palace Downtown

Get into the swing of things with a live band, lavish Oriental Buffet and free flowing premium bubbly with a spectacular view of the illuminated Burj Khalifa. 10. Stereo Arcade – JBR

This JBR pub / club probably has the best drinks deal going this year. For a grand total of seven hours you can enjoy an unlimited bar in either the pub or the club for a seriously good price. Book your place early, spots at this one won’t last long. 8 pm – 3 am

11. New Year’s Eve inspired studio 54 countdown at the Waldorf Astoria – Palm Jumeirah

This glamorous affair takes place in the garden of the beach front stunning Waldorf Astoria hotel. This year, the hotel is hosting a  ‘Studio 54-inspired’ New Year’s Eve bash. Guests will experience unforgettable views of the Palm Jumeirah and glittering Dubai skyline beyond. One of Dubai’s prettiest terraces is throwing one whopper of a party this NY.  The theme is ‘all that glitters is gold’ so expect a whole load of glitter, one picture perfect Burj Khalifa view and free-flowing bubbles underneath the glittering Dubai sky. A DJ will keep the party going until late. 8pm-1am

14. Gaucho -DIFC

Families are welcome at this elegant venue where an a la carte option or a specially created five course New Year’s menu is available; think slow braised beef to start, ceviche samplers, either an Aberdeen Angus or Lobster Thermador for mains and a selection of (beautifully chocolatey) desserts. 8pm – late

15. New Year’s Eve Black & White Gala at Meliá – Al Mina Road

Meliá Dubai is hosting a black-and-white-themed Grand Gala Dinner with entertainment from Spanish Flamenco dancers and DJ. Families are invited to dine at Azalya Restaurant while a kids free party takes place on Estrellas Rooftop Lounge. A brunch style set up features a live Paella Station, a live Turkey Roast and a  Molecular Gastronomy Station.

17. Claw – Souk Al Bahar

Zero Gravity has just announced Chase & Status are headlining their New Year’s Party

Chase & Status along with 2ManyDJs is an unreal lineup…and it’s made choosing where to spend New Year’s  Eve all the more difficult. New Year’s Eve Royal Gala at Atlantis, The Palm

Celebrating New Years at Atlantis is in ‘ultimate goals’ territory right? And as expected, the famous hotel is pulling out all the stops for the big night. From 7.30pm guests are treated to bubbles and canapes in Asateer before the main venue opens at 8pm and a full 30 piece live band kicks off the night. From there it’s free flowing drinks and buffets filled with Lobster and Caviar, and they’ve even got children friendly buffets too.
