Our two fave culinary pleasures are best had together. And while pairing vino and cheese is a hard task, we got to be grateful there are some places that do it for us! So when the cravings kick in, pick a spot from this list and indulge to your heart’s content.
1. The Beach House at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort (04 567 8304)
The beachside venue (don’t panic there’s seating indoors and outdoors) offers a cheese and grape night every Monday from 6pm to 9pm. Priced at AED 195 per person, you will be treated to 21 varieties of cheese served with specially selected grape.

The Genius Loci (which means ‘perfect match’) promo, every Tuesday, features five delectable cheeses paired with grape recommended by the venue’s in-house sommelier. It is available from 6pm onward at AED 120 per person.
6. Café M at Media One Hotel (04 427 1000)
Red and white grape beverages are paired with an extensive selection of fine cheese for AED 199 per person. The offer is available from 6.30pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Thursday. But if the craving kicks in a little earlier, try the happy hour from 5pm to 7pm (Sunday to Thursday). Here you enjoy a glass of grape with three kinds of cheese for just AED 59.
7. Above at Sofitel Dubai Downtown (052 392 1471)
Expect six different cabanas showcasing grape beverages from France, Italy, Spain, Chile and Argentina. Enjoy unlimited glasses for AED 125 per person. An additional AED 60 gets you a selection of cheese and sharing dishes from different regions. The offer is available every Monday from 7pm to 10pm. There’s a band playing there too!
