3. There’s a fabulous new brunch on the Dubai Opera rooftop to sink your teeth into
Nestled on the rooftop of Dubai Opera, with one impeccable view of the Burj Khalifa, is Belcanto restaurant and Eden Bar.
Belcanto (indoors) is opulent, white-table-cloth, smooth jazz vibes, while Eden bar, which is located directly outside is a slick, lush garden with those dazzling Burj K views. The new Saturday Favoloso Brunch gets the party started with a DJ, one helluva drinks selection, a thoughtful Italian menu, and Pinterest-approved decor.
The brunch is located at Eden Bar, and the menu is a trip to Italy without ever leaving Dubai. Think sharing starters, rich pasta including classics like Burrata Pugliesina, Basil Pesto Gnocchi and Pollo alla Cacciatora, mains, and desserts meticulously prepped by Chef Giacomo Lombardi. Bringing in the big guns, the amazing cocktail selection was designed by World’s 50 Best resident chef bartender, Mikhail Melnik.
