3. Ring in the New Year in a magical setting with heavenly food to match
The countdown has begun!
Celebrate the coming of a new year at the magical Bluewaters with a magnificent drone show. Round up your gang and head to Bluewaters on 31 December between 8 pm- 10:30 pm and ring in the New Year at one of the most ‘grammable locations in Dubai.
Besides, there’ll also be NYE fireworks lighting up the sky, just in time for the New Year. This only happens at 11:59 pm, so make sure you plan accordingly. What a countdown that would be!
And, the best part – Bluewaters will treat guests to an epic display of fireworks throughout January. That means you can catch the mesmerizing display from Jan 13-16 at 7 pm and 9:30 pm, Jan 17-19 at 9:30 pm and Jan 20-22 at 7 pm and 9:30 pm.
Oh and because NYE is not complete without a festive feast, Bluewaters Island restaurants have a dedicated New Year’s menu! 1. Spectacular drone shows daily and of course on New Year’s Eve
The annual shopping festival is back with a bang and this is the one you’re simple not going to want to miss.
Have you seen a drone show light up the night sky? If not, here’s you chance! There’s a one-of-a-kind drone show happening right now in Dubai and you gotta catch it before it’s over. The Dubai Shopping Festival drone shows happen everyday until 30 Jan.
There are 3 unique shows to look forward to, with two scheduled each day at 7PM & 930PM, each show has a different theme so there’s something for everyone!
The drone show completely lights up the Dubai sky on NYE and it’s spectacular!
When: On December 31 and until 30 January
Timings: 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm
Have a smooth-sailing NYE on the Island
But here’s a really important tip if you’re visiting one of the culinary concepts, partying at Caesars Palace Dubai, or counting down to midnight fireworks on Bluewaters this NYE.
Parking will only be open to Bluewaters residents, Ain Dubai ticket holders, if you’ve got restaurant reservations or a hotel guest at Caesars Palace Dubai from 1pm. But it’s okay because there’s a FREE shuttle bus that’ll operate from 2pm – 2am at the Jebel Ali metro station. You could also book an RTA taxi, Careem or Uber for doorstep drop-offs.
You could also take advantage of the scenic waters and winter weather and take the Dubai Water Taxi and Dubai Ferry to Dubai Marina. Afterwards, take a leisurely stroll across the walking bridge to Bluewaters from JBR.
