The Dubai Government’s real estate company Nakheel is adding yet another record-breaking property to its arsenal. Atop the 71 story tall Como Residences Tower sits its crown – a whopping AED 500 million penthouse which is expected to be completed by late 2027.
The ultra-luxury 5 bedroom penthouse spans almost 22,000 square feet and thanks to its strategic location grants uninterrupted views of the Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, as well as the Dubai Marina.
According to CNN, the identity of the owner remains undisclosed but it is known that the buyer is eastern European.
The Odeon Tower Penthouse in Monaco, priced at $440 million, is the most expensive penthouse in the world followed by the Penthouse D at One Hyde Park estimated to be $237 million.
The Como Residences tower is expected to have only 76 apartments with only one or two residences per floor with each served by private elevators. The tower will also provide an elevated private sandy beach (ooh la la), a 25-meter long pool (to get in those laps) and a rooftop infinity pool (uber-luxury stuff).
The apartments are to be priced at AED 21 million.
