  • Culurgiones Cacio e Pepe con Tartufo

A chef’s signature dish with hand-pinched Sardinian culurgiones, each filled with a creamy mix of potato, pecorino, mint, and fresh truffle shaved on top. Portion size is generous enough to share, but rich enough to enjoy as a standalone main.

  • Fregola ai Frutti di Mare
This dish is Sardinia on a plate. The toasted fregola pasta has a beautiful nutty aroma, slowly cooked in a concentrated seafood broth until it absorbs every layer of flavour. The seafood is fresh, well-cooked, and portioned generously.
  • Filetto Cacio e Pepe
A fresh twist on Italian tradition. The tenderloin is cooked perfectly, tender and juicy, but the star of the plate is the cacio e pepe raviolo served alongside it. The moment you cut into it, the creamy pecorino-pepper sauce spills out and blends with the meat jus, creating an incredibly rich mix of umami, spice, and creaminess. Portion-wise, it’s satisfying without feeling heavy.
