Starting from 7.30 PM tomorrow, entry will be suspended for all flights from Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Nigeria. The new measure was announced by the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Emergency Management Authority and the General Civil Aviation Authority.
The travel restrictions also cover those who have been in any of these four countries in the past 14 days, according to the Khaleej Times.

Also, the travel restrictions will not apply to UAE nationals, their first-degree relatives, diplomatic missions, official delegations or holders of the Golden Visa. They will, however, be subjected to a 10-day quarantine upon arrival, with a PCR test required on the ninth day.
Before being allowed to enter the UAE, travelers from these two countries must produce a negative Covid-19 test acquired within 48 hours, as well as a Rapid-PCR test at the airport of their main point of departure within six hours of travel, as well have another Rapid-PCR test done at the transit airport.
