Dubai’s Caesars Palace Hotel Is Officially Closing Down

Dubai OG’s, after five years of dazzling Dubai, the curtains are closing on the show at Caesars Palace Hotel. This luxury hotspot is taking its final bow, leaving Dubai’s scene with some unforgettable memories.

The hotel is being replaced with Banyan Tree Hotel

Dubai’s iconic Caesars Palace Hotel is gracefully stepping aside to make way for the grand arrival of the Banyan Tree Hotel, set to debut its opulent offerings to guests in November 2023.

What can you expect from the Banyan Tree Hotel?

You can expect A LOT.

The new resort on Bluewaters Island, led by Ennismore and Banyan Tree Group will offer 179 rooms, including 30 suites and a new four-bedroom villa with a private entrance, pool, and beach.

& the list doesn’t stop there! There’s more…

  • Relaxation area
  • Gym
  • Indoor and outdoor yoga spaces
  • Dedicated F&B space
  • Private mini rainforests
  • Hydrotherapy pools treatment rooms
  • 96 private residences

Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding, made a statement, saying:

Bluewaters has always been a destination for major projects that redefine luxury and cement Dubai as a global beacon of the tourism industry. Our collaboration with market leaders like Accor, Ennismore, and Banyan Tree Group marks an important milestone in our ongoing journey of elevating the rich hospitality landscape in Dubai.

The news was UNEXPECTED!

Similar to the initial surprise caused by Caesars’ entry into Dubai in 2018, its unexpected exit now raises eyebrows. This decision follows the group’s CEO’s earlier statement in early 2022, where he had assumed that the resort would eventually introduce gaming, and it comes just one week after the establishment of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) in the region.

BUT.. Stay tuned for more exciting info!
