According to the plan, it envisions the establishment of a beach, a new lake, a cable railway system, hotels, and an extensive network of bicycle paths. Dubai Tourism has initiated the “The Highlands of Dubai” campaign to highlight the region’s natural charm and its cooler mountainous climate.
