The Dubai Land Department’s website has a major update for investors in Dubai. They’ve listed on their website that the financial requirement to apply for a three-year visa is now Dh750,000.

This amount was earlier Dh1 Million.

This visa was initially for just two years and that’s now been extended to three years.

To apply for this three-year visa one has to show that they’ve bought property worth Dh750,000 or more at the time of purchase. This is part of DLD’s Taskeen Programme that also allows investors to sponsor their spouses too.

There’s another five-year visa that the UAE offers but that requires an investment of Dh5 Million.
