His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Surprises Shoppers By Visiting The Ibn Batutta Mall

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai gave a surprise visit to The Ibn Batutta Mall on Sunday 9 August along with his group of officials.

At the time of the visit, Sheikh Mohammed was shown the precautionary safety measures taken in the mall for receiving visitors and was also briefed about the various facilities and promotions aimed to create a healthy economy in Dubai as shoppers get used to the new normal.

Images of Sheikh Mohammed were quickly circulated by shoppers in the mall as he was shown the offers and the turn out of visitors during the 23rd edition of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS).

A week ago His Highness Sheikh Mohammed was spotted cycling around the city for his exercise with a group.

The Ibn Batutta Mall is also home to the Lovin Dubai shiny mascot “Camella Camello” which A LOT of our readers have visited and taken some AWESOME clicks. Maybe His Highness Sheikh Mohammed heard of our mascot too and decided to give it a visit too!
