“In our case our super power is ‘Only on Houza’ and ‘Only On Houza’ is verified content, first-to-market content, fresh listings from the top agencies in the country- the likes of the Allsopps, the Betterhomes, the Drivens etc. Us being able to provide that content to our visitors first before they can find it anywhere else is a HUGE differentiator.”
There’s also a trust element- where Houza provides verified listings so that interested buyers don’t have to fall into the real estate scam of viewing one property online and then being redirected to another when they show interest .
