Many in the UAE have been wanting to pay respects after the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The retired British ocean liner, which was converted into a floating hotel in Dubai, is welcoming people to pay respects and offer condolences at the QE2 in Port Rashid.
A historic time for the British people and the world. Thankful for over 30 years of a magnificent Monarch, who has inspired me in more ways than one. Some woman for one woman. RIP Elizabeth II 🖤🇬🇧 #respect #KingCharlesIII #GSTK #QE2 pic.twitter.com/c6B5v7InWR

Residents, tourists lay flowers for #QueenElizabeth at QE2 in #Dubai. Inundated with calls since the news broke, the management of #QE2 moved the bust from the ship’s first-class lounge — named the Queen’s Room — to the lobby so people could pay their respect. pic.twitter.com/RWf8W5ihkB
