According to Ibrahim Al Jarwan, who serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Emirates Astronomy Society, the crescent moon signifying the commencement of Rabi’ al-Awwal will be observable on Friday, September 15, at 5:40 AM, in accordance with UAE time.
Rabi’ al-Awwal’s first day will fall on Saturday, Sept 16th
Furthermore, on the evening of the same day, the crescent will have aged to 12 hours and 43 minutes old. According to astronomical computations, the first day of Rabi’ al-Awwal is expected to commence on Saturday, September 16th.

Ramadan will most likely begin on the evening of Saturday, March 9, 2024 till Monday, April 8, 2024.
