Making your name as a musician anywhere in the world is no easy feat, but what if you could get the backing of Flash Entertainment, the Middle East’s leading live entertainment company? Life could be very different.

Jason Johnson is Talent Manager at Flash Entertainment and he has his ear to the ground. His role? To scout talented musicians in the UAE and the region, and to leverage partnerships that could propel these artists to international fame.

Talented artists are plucked from ‘relative’ obscurity and featured on the Regional Artist Spotlight platform by Flash Entertainment. Their selection into the programme opens up a world of opportunity, like warming up for the positively HUGE acts that perform at the Yasalam After-Race Concerts, along with featuring on the UAE’s biggest music radio station, Virgin Radio 104.4 – This is all HUGE exposure!

This is NOT a talent competition. This is a very real search for regional talent and a very real opportunity to push them on an international stage. To further amplify the talent, there are RAS Sessions for featured artists to perform; The first of its kind, RAS Sessions at Ain Dubai saw 6 of the featured artists perform at the opening of Ain Dubai in 2021 and the second RAS Sessions took place at Expo 2020 Dubai.
